The Controls Engineer is responsible for creating, documenting, developing, supporting and improving upon the control systems that are essential to the production processes. Involvement will range from initial project sourcing all the way through SOP +90 days, or as required for corporate employees or launch through EOP plant employees. Both may be required to support implementation of engineering changes for current production products. You will provide your controls expertise to help in tooling design and automation for new projects and process changes driven by product engineering changes. Additionally, responsible for the transfer of all equipment and process documentation to the Production Plant prior to SOP; this includes all OEM equipment documentation (electronic and hard copies of manuals, BOM, drawings, recommended spare parts and recommended PM's). Participating in the development of RFQ's and Equipment Specifications for Capital and Tooling Requirements. Responsible for programming torque control systems and joint development. Selection of error and mistake proofing devices. Supports Engineering Cost Estimator to supply quoted assumptions for the assembly process requirements, capital / tooling investments and direct / indirect labor. The Inventory Coordinator primarily responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The Inventory Coordinator will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. They will also assist the Warehouse Supervisor and Master Scheduler in locating materials.

The Master Scheduler will ensure a continuous supply of material (components/packaging, etc.) to support production and ensure 100% on-time delivery to the customer. Work with production to determine schedules based on customer needs and ensure / review material availability. Coordinate, prioritize and communicate materials status, production priorities and delivery commitments for any exceptions (outside the normal process). Assist the Materials Manager as required in supervising the materials, shipping and receiving staff. You will monitor and update customer systems as required by the customer (Ford, Chrysler, GM, Honda, etc.). Will assist with the physical inventory.

The Materials Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support production and customer demands. You will oversee all aspects of materials management, from planning and procurement to storage, inventory control, and distribution.
