Piston Automotive is seeking a Plant Manager for our Marion, OH location. The Plant Manager is a critical thinker (independent thinking) who will direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and all other production-related activities within the site. This position manages all employees in the plant and is responsible for their performance management, with input from other functional leaders, on an annual basis. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and planning experience as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Master Scheduler will ensure a continuous supply of material (components/packaging, etc.) to support production and ensure 100% on-time delivery to the customer. Work with production to determine schedules based on customer needs and ensure / review material availability. Coordinate, prioritize and communicate materials status, production priorities and delivery commitments for any exceptions (outside the normal process).
