Overview

The Business Intelligence & Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, executing and overseeing the company's strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will lead the organization in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that improve business operations, create growth opportunities, and increase market share. The Business Intelligence & Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure that the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies are aligned with its mission and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with the organization’s mission and vision
  • Research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trends
  • Monitor industry trends, risks and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead all aspects of strategic planning, including goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
  • Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goals
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives
  • Support the Sales organization in developing specific customer strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
  • Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Support the executive team by leading special projects
  • Support Communication Initiatives to drive the strategic vision within the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field
  • Experience in automotive and value added assembly
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of financial drivers with ability to build business cases
  • Able to develop and present compelling arguments
  • Able to think creatively and strategically
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
