Overview

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing our existing customers and attracting new customers by answering product and service questions; providing information on the extensive products and services. Processing orders and exceeding the customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determine the root cause, select and explain the best solution to solve the concern, expedite solution and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing and considering the customer needs.
  • Prepares purchase orders by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Working as a team to put customer first.
  • Incoming and Outgoing phone calls, internal and external email correspondence.
  • Faxing, scanning, Data entry, filing, other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years customer service experience in an office environment or similar industry
  • Experience with MS office (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • SAGE or MAS experience a plus
  • Some college preferred
